Absolutely delighted with my experience at the Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Charlotte shop! Dirk & Clay (GM) were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect hot tub that suits our family’s needs. The showroom was impressive, showcasing a variety of top-quality products and great deals (we were there Black Friday week). Our hot tub was in stock so delivery took no time, and the service was exceptional. After setting up the tub, they patiently guided us through a "hot tub school" over the phone, providing step-by-step instructions and addressing all my inquiries, no matter how silly they may have seemed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in search of a premium hot tub and excellent customer service. They've earned my trust and loyalty!

I've had the privilege and pleasure of knowing the family that started Gary Pools many many decades ago.
I have purchased a total of 3 spa's from them over the past 15 Years.
Quite honestly, if you want to be a part of & experience the best SPA & JUCUZZI purchase NOT buying a Jacuzzi spa from Gary pools in Buffalo NY or in Charlotte NC would be unwise.
After buying my 3rd "Jacuzzi J-375" I was waiting for some parts to swap out and my main man Nick drove down with the necessary parts and gave me white glove service.
The manager in Charlotte CLAY and his team are 2nd to none. Buying a spa is transactional the service and how the people treat you is what you can't put a price on THATVLAST A LIFETIME. I should know I have bought 3 of them. See Attached Pictures. I LOVE GARY POOLS! ♥️😀

I bought Outdoor Furniture that will last a lifetime from Dirk a few years ago, then a beautiful Pool to soak up the sun. This year I was back and Clay, JoAnna and Dirk helped me to choose the perfect spa for our needs. Nick came out to do the Electrical the same day of delivery and we were in the Spa bubbles that night.
I honestly never "planned' to get a Jacuzzi but boy am I glad we did. It is amazing relaxing under the stars every night and it's true sleep is so peaceful after soaking away the days stress.
Our backyard is like a resort retreat and we love it and live in it.

Dirk was super helpful in guiding us to the type of therapy spa for our needs. He knows everything ! Clay and Dirk offered help after the sale with understanding water and filter care and how to set up the Smart Tub app. Nick, their tech guy, is just the best! Not only is he nice and polite, he’s very talented!! Need electrical help? They’ve got you covered with the most reliable electrical team who’s also fairly priced. We appreciated the transparency and low pressure sales.

We had a wonderful experience on the phone with Clay; so the next day we drove 1 hour to purchase our 24’ foot pool. Clay and Meghan are both very professional, caring And always willing to answer my multiple questions. In my 14 years of management, I’ve always believed in quality versus quantity; Therefore, you will not go wrong by purchasing your pool from this location and getting excellent service from Clay and Meghan. They also provide installation services and James was wonderful.

Greatest team at the matthews store!! When I needed help after hours on my hot tub with a mechanical situation caused by a power outage , Nick immediately called me from his home amd talked me thru the process to get it back up amd running. very positive experience
I recently had a very positive experience with Garys Pools service department on NF Blvd. I had multiple issues with my Hayward pump motor and filter. At three different times I was helped by Mark, Chris and Tyler. I found them all to be pretty responsive and impressive in fixing my problems. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were good guys and you don't really see that very often in this business.

I bought a jacuzzi from Clay during a time of significant supply chain issues. He was fantastic in communication. In the past two years he has helped to solve a couple of minor issues with an otherwise amazing jacuzzi product. Clay has been so good in communication and taking care of customers, and it is appreciated. You can count on great customer service after purchasing a product here.
