This is a quick note to mention the great job that Tyler did in servicing our Jacuzzi hot tub, purchased five years ago from you. He quickly diagnosed the cause for my heater failure. He explained the problem patiently and corrected it with the purchase of a heavy gauge wire from a nearby Lowes. He further realized that my 220 service line was undersized for this application, causing a potentially dangerous situation. He further recommended a qualified electrician to correct the problem. The long-term fix is underway. Tyler is a terrific asset to your company. I will definitely request him in the future.
